Here’s something you don’t read a review on every day …
A plastic storage bin for disc golf discs.
But not just any plastic storage bin …
This is the one coming out of Dynamic Discs. For the record, the product could use a catchier name, as the headline of this piece leaves much to be desired. It’s good for Google, I suppose. Regardless, as a bit of a disc-storage snob, this much I can write with total confidence …
This thing dominates.
You can stack discs on a closet ledge like a newb. Of course, the more cost-effective option is the cardboard box. Believe it or not, there are entire companies whose bread-and-butter is the disc box. And if you’ve got money to burn, the massive, library-style disc shelf might be calling.
I consider the plastic storage bin a nice, middle-of-the-road option for organizing your disc inventory, though. It’s not cheap, but if you plan on sticking with disc golf, it’s worth it.
Which brings me to my main point …
This bin is built like a tank.
Dynamic Discs’ premium-grade disc polymers are durable. The stuff they use for their storage bins is no different. Because of this product’s durability, it’s just as well-equipped for collecting dust in a stuffy attic as it is getting tossed around in the trunk of a car between rounds. Better yet, if you run a brick-and-mortar or mobile disc store, these bins are perfect for transporting frisbees.
In addition to the rock-solid construction, for THREE reasons:
- Each side of the bin features a sturdy handle that won’t give or tear with weight.
- The base of the bin fits perfectly into the top of another – they’re stackable.
- The 24-inch by 11-inch by 10-inch bin holds between 25 and 40 fliers.
And easily.
I’m not a touring professional. I don’t own a disc golf shop. I rarely travel with discs. And still, for as stupid as it sounds, I can’t recommend the Dynamic Discs plastic storage bin enough. I own two of them. My go-to throwers are stored in my bag; my backups are all bin-bound. Whenever my disc collection outgrows the two-bin capacity, I’ll thin out the herd.
I can’t have frisbees overrunning my home.

Ikea storage is better for in home storage if you aren’t transporting it and is way cheaper
Thanks, Jeff – great idea!
